PRICING

Standard Service: 
Pricing includes initial consultation, custom menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and storage, detailed heating instructions, and kitchen clean up.  Food costs are charged separately, giving you the freedom to choose exactly what ingredients go into your meals.  The Chef provides most pantry staples, within reason, and you pay for the fresh ingredients.  Our pricing structure is based on a Chef fee PLUS the cost of groceries.  Groceries for the Standard Service average between $85.00 to $175.00 depending on your family's food likes and dietary requirements.  A copy of the grocery receipt will be provided. Standard services are listed below.

The service provides meals that will be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
Meals consist of an Entree and appropriate side dish.

Fresh Service

A full-course meal to be served fresh at your dinner table. She will also prepare salads, soups or “light” dishes to be consumed same day or to refrigerate for a couple days.

Slow Cooker Wednesday

Slow cookers (or Crock Pots) were popular years ago and they are now making a big comeback. Every Wednesday, we offer a slow cooker “special of the week” so you can have a delicious meal waiting for you when you come home. You may even have leftovers which you can freeze.

We will grocery shop, prepare and load the ingredients, and set your slow cooker. You arrive home to the mouth-watering aroma of a home-cooked meal; all you have to do is grab a dish and fork. Just add a side dish and/or salad and you have a fabulous meal. And best of all, we use a disposable bag in the slow cooker so there's no clean-up for you.

Service fee $40.00 + groceries (varies according to the special) = 4 servings (nominal extra prep charge for additional servings).

Most classes are $50.-$75. per person with a 6 person minimum (groceries are included).  Personalized classes for individuals or couples are available for $50/hour with a 3 hour minimum, plus the cost of groceries.

A DEPOSIT is required for my services when hiring me.  Remember, to guarantee the best quality and freshness, I will do the shopping for you.

THE BALANCE is due on or before the service date.  If you are not going to be home or in your vacation rental, please leave a check or money order on the counter and I will leave an invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A SEVEN DAY cancellation notice is required to avoid a $50.00 cancellation charge.  A less than 24 hour cancellation will require full payment of services.
